This amazingly restored 1968 BMW R60/2 has only done just over 200 miles since being meticulously restored by Rob Peachey in Brisbane.
The BMW R60/2 was a family of motorcycles that was introduced in 1960 andmade quite a sophisticated statement.The R60/2 was largely an improved and more powerful version of theBMW R60, featuring the same engine, but with an output of 30hp from the 600cc horizontally opposed twin powerplant. These shaft drive motorcycles were equipped with a 4 speed transmission, and in production until 1969.
